MEP Cost $1,800,000. Design of new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems for a 2-level, 76,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing 96,000 sq. ft. facility, including the design of air conditioning for the entire complex. OSE analyzed numerous energy conservation measures, some of which were funded by the State Building Energy Conservation Program. Funded measures included enhanced energy management system, and lighting system improvements.

MEP Cost $1,800,000. Design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems for a 2-level, 44,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing facility. The project included new basketball and racquetball courts, elevated running track, cardiovascular, aerobic and weight training area expansion, and energy conservation improvements.

Design of lighting systems, remote control and associated electrical service and distribution systems for one baseball field, three softball fields, two soccer fields, six tennis courts, and a parking lot; and design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for a concession/restroom building, batting cages and a maintenance building.

Scott State Park Office Building, Lake Scott, KS

MEP Cost $125,000. Design of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for a new 2,200 SF building which included offices for Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism personnel and an interpretive center. The high efficiency HVAC system utilizes geothermal heat pumps.
